Attorney Heinlein is a 1983 graduate of Williams College. He graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1987 and entered into private practice that same year. Attorney Heinlein is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Associations, and the American Bar Association.

Attorney Beeler  is a 1989 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut. He graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1992. While in law school, he was a staff member and on the editorial board of the Suffolk University Law Review. Attorney Beeler is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Maine. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice.
